Becky Davis
CEO, Biblical Counselor,
Christian Life Coach,
Instructor
Becky has been actively involved in leading women and children to Christ, since 2009. Becky has discipled many women through studying the Bible, retreat coordinating, public speaking and Biblical counseling. Becky believes in the process of Biblical counseling because it changed her life. While working with a Biblical counselor Becky built a personal, intimate relationship with Jesus and experienced complete freedom from the strongholds of this world. She came to the realization that Jesus was the answer to all she was navigating and she saw God & Scripture through a new lens. “I was transformed in that season, and I won’t keep it to myself! I strongly desired to help others identify their need for help and then guide them into their own transformation story.”

Mickey Lovejoy
Biblical Counselor,
Instructor
Mickey has been faithfully serving and encouraging others through discipleship and administration for over 15 years. As a wife, mother, stepmom, and grandmother, she understands the unique challenges that come with every season of life and is passionate about walking alongside others as they grow in their faith. With a background in criminology, military service, and more than 15 years as a high school and college volleyball referee, Mickey has developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills—qualities she now uses in ministry. Mickey believes in the process of Biblical counseling because she believes only God’s Word has the power to truly transform lives. She has experienced firsthand the healing and freedom that come through Scripture and the Holy Spirit. She stands firm on the truth that the Bible holds the answers to life’s most difficult challenges and that lasting change is only possible through Christ. God has brought Mickey through seasons of anger, emotional and physical abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, and anxiety. Because of His healing work in her life, she is passionate about helping others find that same freedom and peace in Christ. Two of her favorite scriptures, Psalm 91 and Isaiah 26:3, serve as constant reminders of God’s protection and His perfect peace. "It takes courage to do the hard work and be healed. There is freedom and joy to be found on the other side. ‘God wants you to be delivered from what you have done and from what has been done to you – Both are equally important to Him.’" -Joyce Meyer

Joyce Jarvis
Biblical Counselor,
Instructor
Joyce is retired and is currently working part-time for MyChurch in Sahuarita. She has actively served in various church ministry roles as an usher, greeter, security team member, and as a part of the welcome team. Joyce had the opportunity to travel to Israel in September, 2023 with her Bible study group. Visiting Israel brought the Bible to life for Joyce. It was no longer some far away place from long ago for her, she got to walk where Jesus walked! Joyce believes in the process of Biblical counseling because through Biblical counseling Joyce learned to express all of her honest emotions of grief to God, holding nothing back. This intimate connection allowed for her to transform her unbearable pain into praise, worship and gratitude. Through Biblical counseling, Joyce found rest in God's Word. “I understand the struggle of being consumed by untrue thoughts. It’s time to break free from that cycle. There is only One who can help you in all of life’s circumstances and we can trust His plans are for your good (even when you may not always like what is happening). God comforted me when nothing else did and now I want to walk alongside you to help you find true comfort and peace. “He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.” 2 Corinthians 1:4”

Karli Hoffmeier
Instructor
Karli was saved at church camp at 13 years old and found a special, life-long friend in Jesus. She has spent many years serving the Lord through children's ministries, women's ministries, prison ministry, small groups, and choir. Karli is always looking for a way to share Jesus with others, to offer hope and healing to their broken places. Karli believes in the process of Biblical counseling because her life was literally saved and transformed through Biblical counseling. God used Biblical counseling to rid her of the guilt and shame she had carried for years. These lies were blinding her and impacting how she saw EVERYTHING. Biblical counseling has impacted and transformed every part of Karli's life and now she wants to offer that transformation to others. "I constantly cling to the promise of Philippians 4:13 and offer it to you… The strength of Christ's EXPLOSIVE power infuses me to conquer EVERY difficulty. If you are even remotely thinking about Biblical counseling… DO IT! You can find peace, through Christ, who will give you the strength. Invest in yourself, invest in your life, invest in your peace, invest in your future!"

Santana Perez
Childcare Provider
Santana is a new mom and is happily married. She loves working with children and is excited to give back by providing childcare to moms seeking discipleship. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts, Santana has worked as a children’s drama teacher and director. She has also served in various roles within children’s ministry, including worship leader, lead teacher, and classroom coordinator. Santana believes in the process of Biblical counseling because it is what helped her to understand the depth of God's mercy and grace. Through her time in Biblical counseling, she was able to address past hurts and traumas that she carried for years and experience true freedom. "You don't have to hide your pain, fears, and doubts from God. His presence brings us peace, and His love counteracts the enemy's lies. Since my salvation at age 13, this verse has grounded me through uncertain times. I now extend this sweet reminder to you, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.'" (Matthew 11:28-30)
"We don't change people, we don't claim to change people. All we claim to do is to minister the Word of God, explain what the Word of God teaches and try to apply it to people's lives as faithfully as we can and to ask God to make the difference through His Word in the lives of those who have come."
-Jay E. Adams, founder of the modern biblical counseling movement
