Becky Davis had a lifelong relationship with God, but it wasn't until she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 2007 that her faith took a more profound turn. Despite her strong belief, Becky struggled with depression, anxiety, anger, and fear. Seeking guidance, she turned to Biblical Counseling. Through the power of Scripture and the Spirit-led counsel, Becky could experience a newfound intimacy with God. She discovered the freedom to overcome past traumas, codependency, and feelings of inadequacy. Her life was forever changed in that season, and she strongly desired to help others find the same freedom that she found in Jesus, through Scripture. With humility and deep peace, Becky accepted the Great Commission of discipleship. She started her journey by becoming a certified biblical counselor, using her experience to testify to God's love for us all.
Our History

She dedicated two and a half years to counseling and mentoring women at The Answer, a Biblical Counseling Center in Tucson. During this time she was made aware of the need for biblical counseling in her community. In response to God's call, Becky and her husband Chris established The Upper Room Discipleship Center in 2023, a non-profit organization modeled after the early church in Acts. It's a discipleship center where individuals are transformed through Scripture and the Great Commission is brought to life.
